HackCamp 2026: last-minute fixes (sponsor tiers, phone stars, footer bed and clouds)

Last-minute fixes from the QA pass.

• Sponsor shelves keep tiers apart. Frames were packed three to a shelf across the whole tier-sorted list, so a tier that didn't fill its last shelf shared it with the next one (Investly next to n8n and ElevenLabs, RBC GAM next to Spin Society and Formation Studios). Each tier now starts a fresh shelf. With the current production sponsors that's silver ×3 | silver ×2 | bronze ×2 | in-kind ×3, still four shelves. Covered by a new test in shelves.test.ts.
• Stats: sharper small stars on phones. The strip of small stars was drawn at screen width and enlarged with scale-300, which Safari rasterizes before scaling. It's now laid out 300% wide and only rotated, in exactly the same place.
• Footer: cloud pillars even on phones. The left pillar reached ~14% of the width in and the right ~8%. The art is shifted 3% left so both reach ~11%. Desktop unchanged.
• Footer: the phone bed's pieces fit together again. The phone bed was redrawn at 1.13157× the desktop bed, but the headboard and star group kept placements from the old phone frame (narrow, high headboard; big star on the bear's phone). The headboard now gets the bed's desktop-to-phone scale and offset, so it sits where it does on desktop. The yellow star group (with the big star) doesn't follow the bed's scale: the phone bed is wider than the gap between the cloud pillars, which would put the edge stars on the pillars' own stars. Instead it's sized to the visible blanket, 15%–85% across. Layer order matches Figma (yellow stars over the front clouds, background stars on top).
• Footer: team heading a little lower on phones. The phone scene is raised 3vw (bottom-[10vw] → bottom-[13vw]), so "Meet the minds behind HackCamp" clears the blanket and its stars. The plain strip behind the copyright line gets 3vw taller.

To check

• Stats stars on an iPhone. The fix couldn't be tested in Safari locally; in Chrome they were already sharp.
• Footer at 375px. The heading clears the blanket; the lowest yellow star rests on the cloud band just above it.
