* chore: add sync-back-pr skill for upstreaming internal fork changes Counterpart to the sync-pr skill in internal-cluster-api-provider-nutanix. Modelled on the same skill in prism-go-client and cloud-provider-nutanix, with the CAPX-specific hazards layered in: published cluster-template release artifacts as a leak surface, the single e2e-tagged module, the prism-go-client version regression behind the internal replace, the disabled nightly conformance crons, and the CodeQL rewrite that mixes a legitimate action bump with a runner move and continue-on-error. * chore: record the cross-repo release chain in sync-back-pr skill The CCM version in the fork names an internal-only tag, so pointing CCM_REPO at GHCR while keeping that tag yields an image reference that resolves to nothing. Name the ordering the bump actually belongs to: prism-go-client tag, then CCM release, then CAPX release, then the cross-referenced E2E bumps. * feat: sync internal fork changes using public API SDKs Upstreams internal/main from internal-cluster-api-provider-nutanix, rebuilt against the public ntnx-api-golang-clients v4 SDKs and the public prism-go-client v0.8.2. Adds project-scoped Prism Central support, VMProfile-backed machines, and GPU assignment by AHV profile name. Internal CI, Harbor release wiring and the vendored public-release kustomization are excluded. Picks up the public cloud-provider-nutanix release that carries the project-scoped sync-back, so the CCM can set providerID for a project-scoped user.

v0.8.0-dev.1, the first public release carrying cloud-provider-nutanix#275, so the CCM setsproviderIDfor project-scoped users.CCM_VERSIONchanges in the Makefile; every other hunk ismake update-ccmandmake cluster-templates cluster-e2e-templatesoutput.Testing
make template-testpasses, 14 of 14.make lint-yamlpasses. This should turn the fourproject-scope-userE2E specs green in thegpuandprojectsjobs that fail on #774.
