O commit e6eb99e do upstream deixou esses dois arquivos fora do padrão do prettier, e o format-check do tests.yml falha em qualquer PR para o master. Mudança só de formatação (npx prettier --write), sem alteração de lógica. O deploy.yml publica na infraestrutura do alerta.io (Fly.io no servidor; GitHub Pages com endpoint alerta-api.fly.dev e tracking UA-44644195-1 na interface). No fork isso falharia ou publicaria algo errado a cada push no master, e na interface o job de deploy roda também em pull_request. Passa a ser só workflow_dispatch, até termos destino e segredos próprios.
