Minimal version CI will only be happy after #4121 is merged: The minimal version check ignores the So we need to wait for #4121. |
Also: Always use exact version bounds for *all* prerelease versions.

Updates hickory to 0.26.0-beta.4.
Also fixes a bunch of version bounds that were outdated, and some that were not exact version bounds, even though we were depending on a prerelease version.
