Prepare Maven Artifacts for ID-Repository Release #1651

Description
As part of the ID-Repository service consolidation, prepare and validate the required Maven artifacts for release.

Scope
Review Maven modules/artifacts affected by the ID-Repository consolidation.
Verify artifact names, groupId, artifactId, and versions.
Update Maven versions required for the release.
Ensure parent POM and inter-module dependency versions are aligned.
Verify all required artifacts build successfully using the release configuration.
Ensure SNAPSHOT/development versions are updated appropriately for release.
Validate that required Maven artifacts can be published to the configured artifact repository.
Remove or avoid publishing obsolete artifacts that are no longer required after consolidation.
