Refresh compatible UI dependencies while preserving the current Thunder SDK API and version. Update the Vitest/coverage minimum to 4.1.11 and resolve compatible Axios, React Router, CSS/browser-data and supporting dependencies in the lockfile. Thunder React/browser/javascript 1.0.6 lock entries remain unchanged; the existing fixed DOMPurify 3.4.13 is retained without an override.

develop-goUI baseline and this update:git diff --checkpass.The lockfile was generated with npm 12.0.2 to avoid an npm 10 peer-resolution error while updating the Vitest graph. No application source or Go dependency changes are included.
