Pixel Lab is a retro-inspired MkDocs theme with pixel borders, bold colors, and arcade-style shadows. It includes responsive navigation, search integration, rich Markdown components, and optional plugins for page metadata, Git-based sitemap dates, and robots.txt generation.
The catalog entry is implemented in PR #451. That PR also corrects two existing catalog entry-point mappings for Zettelkasten and MkDocs Graphviz that were failing on the base branch. The full CI run passes.
Perhaps we should have a chat sometime?... https://calendly.com/encode-oss ...there's been a bit of work going on quietly on the MkDocs2 front. It'd be ace to be able to demo/highlight a couple of fresh new themes.
Thanks, I would really appreciate that, to my understanding we might need to migrate from MkDocs (v1). Let me take a look at MkDocs2 and run a compatibility check, will get back to you.
Suggest you shouldn't really need to think in terms of a "compatibility check" - mkdocs really is just a very thin layer of templating.
More true with mkdocs2 than before. We've accidentally got an ecosystem that's nudging users towards less compatible systems, eg. palette configuration in tooling specific config rather than eg. palette configuration with CSS variables.
Your theming and organisation here looks great. Neat, playful & not too overwhelming.
