Okay, so if I was to try to skip waiting for manual approval, I'd have to get https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/master/manifests/m/Microsoft/DotNet/Framework/Runtime/4.8.1/Microsoft.DotNet.Framework.Runtime.installer.yaml to be extended to x86 and/or neutral.

I'm still unsure what kind of magic GrischaE1 performed in order to do the genuine miracle of getting it extended to x64, but now I guess I'll try to extend it even further.
