The September documentation watch flagged three doc URLs that still resolve but only via redirect. This updates them to the pages they land on.

Changes

• GHEC Ch19, Ch33, GOVERNANCE-CONTROL-CATALOGUE.md — cloud agent access link.
• GHEC Ch30 — Copilot policies and enterprise agent management links.
• GHAS Ch02, Ch03 — autofix link, plus a relabel to Responsible use of AI features for security and code quality, since the destination is now a broader responsible-use page.
• Each challenge was updated in both README.md and meta.yml so the reference lists built into platform.json stay in sync.

Note for reviewers

The Ch33 label Managing access to GitHub Copilot cloud agent and automations was left as-is rather than shortened to the new page title. It tells the reader more in the context of an automations challenge, but happy to align it if you'd prefer consistency with the page title.
