[Bug]: Host Crashes when opening certificate store in Sandbox

Steps to reproduce the bug

not 100% reproducible, but my host machine (Dell MB18250) crashes with Page Fault when I try to open the Certificate Store in the Windows Sandbox

until now, it seems to only happen with the User Certificate Store, not with Machine Certificate Store

the first time the crash happened, after I added and deleted some Certificates in the certificate store

Expected result

Opening an application in the sandbox should not crash host

Actual result

Blueschreen with PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
