Fill in the State table and the slot headings - #38

The install left both as template: the State rows read '—' with no command, and the slot headings still said <lane A>. A session reading them would report placeholders rather than facts, and a catch-up would have nothing to check the running system against. Released version now says what is true - pysent is not released; consumers pin a commit, and metno/mapping-api pins 0bc5732 - with the command that reads that pin. The working-state row carries main's sha and what the suite actually printed: 592 passed, 18 skipped, and 596/14 with numba, both run here rather than remembered.

—with no read command, and the slot headings still said<lane A>— a session reading them would report placeholders rather than facts, and a catch-up would have nothing to check the running system against.metno/mapping-apipins0bc5732. The row carries the command that reads that pin.main— working state:5581144, 592 passed / 18 skipped, and 596 / 14 with numba. Both run here rather than remembered, per the project's own rule that a reported number is reproducible.Docs-only; the checker is clean.
