Forces `-stdlib=libc++ -lc++abi` due to Fedora 44 coming with GCC 16 (LLVM 18 is compatible with libstdc++ <= 15 only)

Fedora 44 is the mainline Workstation release from April 24, 2026
Fedora 41 has been EOL since December 15, 2025
Blocked by #171 and #172 (needs rebase)
