Summary
Update utrecht-paragraph and utrecht-headings to --nl suffix
Issue 1:
OIP does not see 'heading' as a parent and then the levels as a BEM variant,
meaning: we need to add 'appearence' from the React --nl component.
A H2 ia allowed to 'look like' an H4.
Issue 2:
Utrecht gebruikt geldige CSS fallbacks waardoor ze als SASS module met @use kunnen worden geimporteerd.
NLDS gebruikt 'revert' etc. Sass kan geen CSS-bestanden met
@useparsen die eigenschappen bevat die niet SCSS-compatible zijn.Issue References
