Meteor supports hotfix-compatible range (26.1 - 26.1.2), so why not adding this too?
- Fixed in Meteor upstream, and it's bundled

No crashes at start and while in world too , all functions works well (notifications + sound, costs/levels and so on).
Only three lines of code have been changed due to 26.1 changes (+ migrated to Mojang Mappings) and updated some workflows (versions) as Meteor done
