Hugo's security model (introduced in version 0.114.0) restricts mounting files from outside the project root by default. Since the build command uses
--source docs, the project root is considered thedocs/directory. Mounting../README.mdmay fail in strict environments or CI with a security error.To ensure the build is portable and reliable, consider adding the following security configuration to your
