Error loading PeasGtk typelib 1.0

With Eom 1.26.1 from Debian Testing there is two warnings at startup:

(eom:8439): EOM-WARNING **: 10:50:30.860: Error loading Peas typelib:
  Typelib file for namespace 'Peas', version '1.0' not found
(eom:8439): EOM-WARNING **: 10:50:30.860: Error loading PeasGtk typelib:
  Typelib file for namespace 'PeasGtk', version '1.0' not found

All seems working.
GitHub give no results about them.

Pygobject-3.52 changes breaks libpeas1

libpeas1 needs patching to fix the issue, see

Then eom requires patching for those libpeas1 changes

eom will probably crash or fail to start if any eom python based plugins (example: export-to-folder) are enabled.

See #370 note that this hardcodes for newer libpeas, we still need build system code (note that both meson and autotools can be used) to select this or not based on the version of gobject-repository installed. I don't think libpeas got an API change with this so I don't think there is a version bump there that can be detected.

Could use help with that part of the job
