Every tab showed the static index.html title, so tabs and history entries could not be told apart (#5893). PageTitle now renders a React 19 <title>, which React hoists into , reading " - ". When the title is an element, it uses the string defaultTitle that the CRUD controllers provide.
It only does so when is set, so apps relying on their index.html title keep it, which is why #6119 was reverted. React 18 renders <title> in place instead of hoisting it, so nothing changes there.
The demo drops the custom title components that only rendered <title> by hand.
