UniExtract2: Remove GUI on first run #1636

The first time you run UniExtract2 (even with the \silent and \batch flags) it has a GUI pop up asking you to configure it. I have reported this to Uniextract2: Bioruebe/UniExtract2#443 If the issue is fixed in the tool, please update UniExtract2 version. If it is not, please add to its installation package running the tool a fist time so that subsequent executions don't display the GUI. This allows scripting and automation.
