Packaging for debian

I'm working on it and it builds (I may have stoling the debian folder from magic-wormhole) you get a working deb now to test it with launchpad

I have been able to get any thing in to debian reops I have no clue how to send a itp

Are you a Debian developer? I think that's the only way to file an ITP (although anyone can file a "request to package" / RTP, as far as I understand).
