The excitation tables were generated for all IDs currently installed.

The tables were generated using the generate_tables.ipynb script, which will be located in the repository https://github.com/lnls-ids/insertion-devices.git after the merge of PR: id-excitation-data-generation

Furthermore, the conversion functionality depends on PR: refactor-id-conv, as it creates and adapts the conversion methods for IDs.

It also depends on PR: improve-idff-devices, as this PR updates the list of ID polarizations.

The table format is compatible with the conversion methods.

@anacso17 , there are a lot of ID data structures in the IDSearch that we should move to constant tables. We decided to do this in another opportunity, soon. @JeffersonBarrosVieira may help us with this.

@anacso17 , I think this is an innocuous PR. It is useful to merge it and have these new excitation tables for IDs in the csconsts service for further implementation tests.
