This change adds the new CSS classes required for the Cinnamon 6.6. Appmenu to be displayed in Qogir-Light style:
It tries to reuse as much as possible from the original theme and only adds what's required for the new appmenu. It also ensures, the theme stays compatible with older Cinnamon Desktop versions.
