The Big Idea

Draw the three responsive breakpoints below 1440px, plus locale switcher and version selector drawings.

§20 deliverable 1. Three breakpoints drawn from the existing desktop layouts; the two global controls Docusaurus gives us but design never drew (locale switcher, version selector) get drawn to B30's spec.

Recommend tests

• Breakpoint drawings reviewed against DF-6 system; health check CLEAN.
• Switcher drawings cover all four palettes.

Potential code references, but use your judgement

• None yet — greenfield within the new docs/ tree; add references as the area takes shape.

• Formatted (prettier / fourmolu)
• Static analysis clean (tsc --noEmit · eslint · hlint), no new warnings
