The Big Idea

The six app pages — each with chart text alternatives, tally-basis labelling, and named empty states. Sub-issues track per-page delivery.

Details

The app pages complete the site: landing, ecosystem, FAQ (whose META-2 promise is FAQPage JSON-LD), Updates UI (with its A11Y-28 filter group), Numbers UI, and the survey results dashboard. SUR-18/SUR-30 render halves consume B26's aggregates; A11Y-26 demands every chart ship a table + summary alternative; FLOOR-6/CONTENT-5 govern their presentation.

DoD names empty states explicitly — dashboards that say nothing when there's no data yet are broken states, not blank ones. The dashboard must state its tally basis (SUR-19) and interim-forever labelling (SUR-18). Sub-issues per page all reference B44 in their titles.
