Description
Adds dual touchpad support to testcontroller, including virtual dual touchpads. Useful for testing Steam Controller, Steam Deck, etc. The testcontroller window height was increased to handle the extra "touch finger" rows without overlapping the "setup mapping" button.
Existing Issue(s)
No issues, but would have been helpful for #15528
