v0.8.1 — deploy channels back in sync

The /deploy page had drifted from distribution/channels.yaml in the studio repo. Ten live channels were missing. They are on the page now.

Status fixes

• Rancher: the stale "waiting on partner-charts#1158" note is gone. The chart ships in Rancher Partner Charts and is listed in the SUSE catalog.
• official now means one thing: our own one-click listing. Catalog listings show as available.
• Flathub and every pending channel stay off the page. A test keeps them off.

Header count: 8 → 13 install methods. 74 tests pass.
