Summary
Fixes #3719
Exposes model reasoning capabilities for pi-ai and mod providers, allowing you to choose reasoning effort from the model selector and by pressing tab in a conversation.
Verification
Tested against built-in deepseek and opencode-go models, as well as letta-provider-umans and my own Synthetic provider mod.
