Homebrew will deprecate unsigned casks in September, after which the timer will no longer be installable via this method.

Solutions

Recommended: Create a custom tap using the method described at https://docs.brew.sh/Taps and resubmit it to the Homebrew repository.

Not recommended: Obtain an Apple Developer account (paid) and sign the binary.
