Is everything moved to kops now for this repo?

Worth noting: We'll need cloud-provider-gcp to work with the original copy of these in github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes for the time-being, as the lift to shift everything to kops there is a much longer term project. I don't think that precludes dropping it here, but we may need some help keeping the cloud-provider functional there, since it underpins a significant fraction of K8s testing on GCP for the immediate future.

All presubmits have been moved to kops. The periodic tests are still using kubetest2-gce, but I'm planning to migrate those to kops soon as well.

Thanks for pointing this out. Keeping the CCM component on k/k up-to-date is part of our release process. We'll make sure it stays functional there.
