Incorrect pin timer being reset after reopening the app

Bug Description

After forgetting the pin of the app and trying to reset it, the app locked me out even tho i had face id enabled (which is fine and expected). However, after entering a wrong pin and getting a timeout of 5, 10, 20,... seconds, we can remove the timeout by just closing and reopening the app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Forget the pin
2. Get locked out without face id
3. Enter incorrect pin and get a timeout
4. Close and reopen the app to reset the timeout.
