Missing `--scope` Argument in `az role assignment create` Command

When running the oidc.sh] script, the following error occurs during the role assignment creation step:

Creating service principal...
Sleeping for 30 seconds to give time for the SP to be created.
Creating role assignment...
the following arguments are required: --scope

Steps to Reproduce

1. Execute the oidc.sh script with appropriate arguments.
2. Observe the error message indicating that the --scope argument is missing.

Expected Behavior

The script should successfully create a role assignment without errors.

Actual Behavior

The script fails with an error message indicating that the --scope argument is required.
