ruby_ast_genversion which includes the prism parser with support for Ruby syntax up to 4.0 (latest)10.0.6.0. It was initially updated inruby_ast_genin an attempt to get the prism parser to work on Windows. It turned out the JRuby version wasn't the cause but the change wasn't reverted.
