Physical build-up tab: chip → server → rack → data-center hall

Adds a Physical build-up tab next to Compute scale on /chips/:

Stages (all 3D, labeled, hover/click for details)

1. Chip — recap of CPU/GPU/DPU with link back to the hero
2. GPU server — chassis, motherboard, 2× CPU sockets, DDR5 DIMMs, 8× GPUs, DPU, NVMe bays, fan wall, redundant PSUs, BMC
3. 42U rack — 4× GPU servers, ToR leaf switch, dual PDUs, cable management, CDU
4. Data-center hall — rack rows, spine switches, plus toggleable power (utility → substation → UPS/generators → busway → rack PDUs), cooling (chillers/towers → CRAH/CDUs → liquid loops), network (spine-leaf → core routers → inter-hall fiber) with animated paths

• Component manifest per stage (click to pin the explanation card)
• ELI5 / 15 / Pro / Expert depths wired into the global setLevel
• Schematic disclosure: sizes, counts, and specs are illustrative, not to scale; over-specific claims softened to generic/approximate wording
• Mobile layout verified at 390px; existing Compute scale tab untouched and verified working
• QA: zero console errors; screenshots in /tmp/qab/ (v-chip, v-server, v-rack, v-dc, v-dc-nonelayers, v2-server hover, v2-mobile)

Only chips/index.html changed (+694). Do not merge without JC's approval.
