Adds install/list/uninstall of JBang agent skills from jbangdev/agent-skills into detected agents (~/.claude/skills, ~/.agents/skills), with --project, --agent, --force and --repo options. Installs are marked with a .jbang-skill file so uninstall works offline and never removes a foreign skill.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added jbang skill commands to install, list, and uninstall agent skills from the default collection or another source.
Skills can be installed for a project or account, targeting Claude or shared agent directories. Listings show skill status and location.
Existing changes are preserved unless --force is used. Uninstall removes only skills marked as installed by JBang.
Bug Fixes
Archive extraction now rejects paths and symbolic links that escape the destination directory.
Documentation
Added an Agent Skills guide, accessible from the documentation navigation, covering installation, listing, and removal.
Adds the jbang skill command to install, list, and uninstall agent skills. It adds archive helpers, command help, tests, and user documentation.
Changes: Agent Skills
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Archive access and validation src/main/java/dev/jbang/util/UnpackUtil.java, src/test/java/dev/jbang/cli/TestSkill.java
Archive helpers read TAR.GZ entries and list top-level folders while filtering unsafe paths. ZIP and TAR.GZ extraction reject destinations and symbolic links that escape the extraction root. Tests cover archive handling and path validation.
Skill install, list, and uninstall src/main/java/dev/jbang/cli/Skill.java, src/test/java/dev/jbang/cli/TestSkill.java
The commands resolve agent targets and repositories, report skill status, install or remove skills, and use a marker to identify JBang-installed directories. Tests cover repository resolution, agent selection, installation, modified skills, and uninstall behavior.

The new skill installer still has an open concern that an untrusted --repo archive can write outside its skill directory through symlinks. The ZIP symlink rejection is also silently ignored. These should be fixed before merging.

Prevent skill extraction from writing through external symlinks.
A --repo tarball can create a symlink inside a skill, then write through it to a directory outside the skill directory. The lexical path check does not prevent this.

Filter archive folders before treating them as skills.
If the repository contains a non-skill folder such as docs, list reports it as a skill and install copies it into the agent directory. A later install reports that folder as a conflict and can return an error. Use the same SKILL.md filter for both commands.

src/main/java/dev/jbang/util/UnpackUtil.java:98-101 Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
The ZIP symlink rejection does not abort extraction.
The new IOException at Line 99 is thrown inside the try that starts at Line 91. The catch (Exception e) block at Line 110 catches it and passes it to onZipFile.handle(..., e).
The default handler, defaultZipEntryCopy, ignores its ex argument. It copies the symlink entry's content, which is the link target text, to entry as a regular file. The caller therefore sees no error. This differs from untargz, which throws.
No file is written outside the root, so this is not an escape. The "reject" behavior is silently downgraded, and the two archive formats behave differently.
Rethrow the escape error from the catch block, for example with a dedicated exception type.
Throw SymlinkEscapeException at Line 99. Then add catch (SymlinkEscapeException e) { throw e; } before the generic catch (Exception e).
