Describe the bug
Mute Mic doesnt work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate Mute Mic toggle
2. Double press globe icon to start dictation (this has to be activated in the keyboard settings)
3. Start speaking
4. Mac captures your voice and transcribes your speech into text

Expected behavior
Speech isnt captured because mic is muted
