Following my early spotting of several months ago: the WG_release branch of the code contains, within the scripts/MatlabPostProcessing/Plotting folder, two different MATLAB files: patchplot.m and Patchplot.m. It was concluded that originally this was the same function, but somehow diverged in the past. The problem is that on case-insensitive systems (like MacOS by default) these are interpreted as the same file, which often confuses the repo managament if done locally. It would be best, also for general repository hygiene, that this is solved by either renaming Patchplot.m, or merging them again into one single file, if possible.
