Add ROS Parameter does not support defining Param.type and model cannot be saved

Parameter.type is required to have a value, but it does not.

The Parameters were still not implemented for the Sirius interface.
I added a very simple support (only for the mandatory types) : #35
Although it works, please keep the issue open. I would like to improve the dialog to set also the namespace and a default values
