Support X, Discord, and email sign-in on /quick - #3

The /quick login pill now opens an auth card offering every enabled method instead of going straight to X. Providers are read from /api/auth/providers; X and Discord use the popup + cookie-poll OAuth flow, and email sends a magic link (POST /api/auth/email/login) then polls for the cookie the link sets when clicked in the same browser. Discord and email buttons only appear when the server reports them enabled. Mobile parity preserved (bottom sheet, full-width controls).
