Summary
Qualify one sentence in future Windows paired-session notes: the boundary integrity check compares the installed WebView2 Evergreen registry version; equality of those observations does not verify the runtime build loaded by either measured arm.
This is a partial wording correction, not an engine-identity implementation or admission-policy fix. Actual arm-bound loaded engine identity remains unknown. The wording remains true when a publication-ineligible diagnostic is emitted after differing boundary values.

The existing hosted job was inspected: syntax parsing, synthetic/loopback oracle and arithmetic controls, and temporary-copy historical-publication checks; no product GUI or benchmark launch. Any hosted pass is static/synthetic harness validation, not native product acceptance or loaded-engine evidence.
Draft for review; no merge or readiness action requested. KEL-90's broader engine/runner acceptance remains open.
