prevent showing popup if disabled

hi do you think this is a reasonable change?
having a disabled input on the browser prevents the popup from showing, but doesn't seem to prevent it on android (crosswalk).

hi sorry for the delay. i tested on 0.4 having an <input disabled="disabled"> still seems to allow the popup to open. Mostly from my side the values of the auto-complete depend on what you choose on a dropdown, so i have the auto-complete disabled until you select something. I'll try to find some time to write tests for this. Meanwhile it looks like i'm the only person who needed that feature so probably not a big deal.
