This makes them run in parallel and write their cache individually.
The "functional tests" previously ran `openvas -s` to ... check the configuration? validated the syntax of the feed ran a single openvas-nasl-lint against a script. There was a whole lot of machinery for three tests that, in my opinion, contribute nothing useful. We are not actively developing openvas-nasl-lint, nor are the tests comprehensive or anything of the sort.
This is effectively the same workflow but hopefully a little clearer about its intent: Build openvas together with the current main branches of gvm-libs and openvas-smb. This also changes when this workflow runs. Previously it ran in CI on every PR, now it runs weekly to check if openvas still integrates well with the other repositories.
