Turbine: parallelize transitive dependency collection - #553

Conversation
On Chromium's `chrome_java` target (about 1,750 source files), with Turbine built as a GraalVM native image, the difference is within noise: median wall time goes from 0.45 s to 0.44 s with `-Xms4g`, and stays at 1.08 s with the default heap. The output is byte-for-byte identical. PiperOrigin-RevId: 1004783124
