Fix incomplete receiver paths in VM errors for chained expressions, matching the interpreter in both fast rendering and bytecode execution #236 (comment)

For container.GetItems().GetItems() an invalid intermediate receiver now reports container.GetItems instead of only GetItems.

Extra Test coverage for #235

  • Invalid intermediate receivers and non-iterable results, including successful rendering after an error.
  • Concurrent renders of the same compiled chained-loop template with separate request contexts and cold/warmed caches.
  • UTF-8 strings, combining characters, emoji, and HTML escaping across slices, arrays and array pointers.
