Major version mismatch between NestJS core and peer dependencies

@nestjs/core is bumped to v11.1.18 but @nestjs/common remains at 10.3.9 and @nestjs/platform-express at 10.3.8. The yarn.lock shows @nestjs/core@11.1.18 declares peer dependencies of @nestjs/common@^11.0.0 and @nestjs/platform-express@^11.0.0, which are unsatisfied. This major version cross-wiring will likely cause runtime failures due to incompatible internal APIs between v10 and v11 of the NestJS ecosystem.
