The three cheap fixes from the model-lifecycle parity audit + vestigial cleanup: Server-view LLM-tab Load button now actually loads (was a "coming soon" toast); cancel-download failures surface a toast and revert status (review caught the redrawn button losing its listener — converted to true event delegation on the queue container); training wizard shows an honest empty-state instead of silently offering not-on-disk hardcoded models (orphaned trainingModels array removed); dead renderModels()/#view-models purged. 662 passed; node --check clean.
