README gets a clickable poster (docs/readme/showcase-poster.png) linking to the rebuilt 16:9 and 9:16 feature-tour videos. Adds the Credits section to README and USER_GUIDE (GANTASMO, Music Hackspace / Berklee, Stability AI, Magenta + Google DeepMind, Suno, and the open-source stack). Includes the updated capture harness and build script that produced the videos.
