I've always been bothered by columns in the user list that we never use. This removes them.
We can (and did in the past) show a map from openstreetmap for important rooms. For this to work on modern browsers, the content security policy needs to explicitly allow for this domain.

This PR creates sessions with a small lifetime (30min) initially and then increases the lifetime on login. The main effect is that the sessions table is much smaller and thereby reduces the backup sizes by >90%.
