Add an empty .grype.yaml config file, which we can potentially fill in the future with our assessments for certain CVEs we can ignore. Note that this file is currently required by the "scan_released.yml" CI action.
Remove some scripts and code from this repo that was used exclusively to build, reproduce or verify images. This task is now performed by the `freedomofpress/dangerzone-image` repo. Refs freedomofpress/dangerzone-image#21
