    Same issue. I switched to using Tavily, and registration works fine there.

    Just use Gmail will do. It seems that registration with QQ email is not supported.

    Indeed. My Google account is registered with a QQ email address. After enabling Gmail for my Google account, the sign‑in succeeded.
