Pull Request Overview
Updates ACH fee messaging in the donation widget by simplifying bank payment fee descriptions and removing promotional messaging about bank donations.
- Simplified ACH fee description to focus on covering "small ACH fees" rather than claiming "100% of your gift reaches the nonprofit"
- Removed the
encourageBankDonationfunction and all its usage across payment methods - Cleaned up fee description messaging to be more accurate and less promotional
