SynetQuantizedConvolutionInit no longer selects this path. NHWC quantized convolutions that used it fall back to Avx512vnni::SynetQuantizedConvolutionNhwcGemmV0. Co-authored-by: igor.ermolaev <igor.ermolaev@altezza.org>

Removes unused
AmxBf16::SynetQuantizedConvolutionNhwcGemmV0.AmxBf16::SynetQuantizedConvolutionInitno longer selects this path. The AVX-512VNNI implementation stays, and AMX-BF16 falls back toAvx512vnni::SynetQuantizedConvolutionNhwcGemmV0for the same shapes. Other quantized convolution implementations (GemmV1, SpecV0, SpecV1, NCHW Gemm, and the SSE4.1 through SVE2 GemmV0 classes) are unchanged.Changes
